The selfie alley. Umbrellas come and go. The murals stay.

Baytown Art Alley

Once Umbrella Alley, still the most photographed 40 yards in Baytown. It sits behind 110–124 West Texas — next to the Art League, a block from Town Square — not half a mile east toward Lee College, which is where a bad geocode had been sending people. Thirteen-plus murals, an art-lock wall, and a reason to walk Texas Avenue instead of driving past it.

Do it at golden hour, then eat downtown. Bocanegra’s and Wazabi are on the same street. Free, always. The umbrellas come and go with weather and volunteers; the murals are the constant.

Local tip. Free, always. Park once at Town Square and walk. Pair with the Sculpture Trail along Texas Avenue.
