Anchor & Hearth is the in-house kitchen at Hyatt Regency Baytown — 100 Convention Center Way, on the water, next to Bayland Marina. It is not on Texas Avenue. We had that wrong once; it is the kind of error a city guide should correct in public.
Exhibition kitchen, stone oven, oysters, a patio where the tankers slide by. Chef Joaquin Estolano’s room is the grown-up waterfront dinner that isn’t O’Neals. Breakfast for hotel guests and anyone who walks in. Dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations on Tock. Cashless.
Pair it with a slow drive over the Hartman Bridge after, not with Art Alley — those are different nights.
- wood-fired pizza

Oysters, then whatever came out of the stone oven. Ceviche if they have it.
Local tip. Open-now on this page tracks dinner hours Tue–Sat. Breakfast and weekday lunch still run — call the hotel if you are coming for eggs.
