The older residential north, Jenkins Park as its backyard, Cedar Bayou as its edge. Families, trees, fewer chains. The District 5 listening tour stops at Jenkins Park in November because this is where the city's long-time voters are. Heart and Whisk at 4618 North Main is the reason to cross the tracks in the morning.
